Doors open 1 hour before the show begins. There will be a 15 minute intermission. The show is roughly 2 hours, and tickets include a Meet & Greet photo opportunity with the cast.

The Victoria Theatre is wheelchair accessible. ADA tickets are available- please email Box Office with any additional accommodations.
There will be an ASL interpreted performance on Wednesday 12/13.

Yes! The show welcomes people of all ages, but the show is recommended for ages 13+.

While we love and encourage laughing and applause, as well as singing along during the carols, we ask that you refrain from disruptive chit chat or shouting out punchlines. Any behavior that distracts or derails the show is subject for ejection from the theater.

The theatre is located at 2961 16th St at Mission St in San Francisco. 16th and Mission BART drops off right across the street. There is metered street parking available.

Masks are welcome but not required in the theatre.
